Build plates were shipped in a box which was smaller than themselves ... the build plates had to be bent to fit them inside. I don’t believe the plates have been permanently damaged, but for a part which needs to be dead flat, I would have expected more care to be taken with the packing. Next time I want them shipped flat, please.

Am very happy with the service . And the prices are competitive. Great way for kids to spend summer holidays learning something exciting. Would be good , if the customer receives an email after placing the order with the details and shipping information . I wasn't too sure if my order had gone through , as there were postal delays in receiving parcel due to COVID .
